FCCA qualified, accountancy practice trained with 30 years of experience, Robin operated latterly as a Board level FD in Media, Logistics, Pharmaceuticals and Financial Services before moving into practice and Service Charge Accounting. His most notable successes include a Blue Chip Logistics group – doubling turnover to £350m in 5 years, a loss making media company turned around and sold for a 7 figure sum and driving a Fund Management Business achieving asset growth from £700m to £6.3bn in under 4 years. Taking his experiences in the world of commercial accounting and practice, Robin took the view that accountants should not just provide technical proficiency, but also add value to their clients, working in partnership with them, and has built that into the culture of PASS. Combining this with his technical expertise in Service Charge Accounting, Robin has taken PASS to a level which is now setting standards in service levels to the specialist Block and Estate Accounting Sector.

French born, Isabelle moved to England in 1995 and has 25 years’ experience in accountancy and finance within Civil Engineering, Leisure and Optical industries. Notably Isabelle successfully turned around an International Toy distribution business before being head hunted by Warren Buffet’s Berkshire Hathaway Group, leading the integration of a market leading components company into the American group, before founding her original Accountancy Practice. Isabelle built that practice successfully based on technical expertise, but with a focus on the highest levels of customer service providing support and value added to clients as part of the accountancy service. Isabelle has taken those principles learnt both in Industry and in practice and vigorously applied them to PASS, which combined with her technical expertise in Service Charge Accounting has seen her take an already successful practice and turn it into a leader in service levels to Managing Agents, Property Managers and Freeholders.

Lisa is our Operational Director looking after all day to day issues, managing client related projects and building close relationships with clients.

Lisa joined the team as an Accountant in 2018 armed with a wealth of knowledge within industry working for a variety of companies including property maintenance. Lisa has prepared accounts for all clients and has a complete knowledge across all areas owing to her hands on approach. In addition Lisa has used her knowledge and expertise to build and train our team of Accountants and Accounts Assistants, implement operational procedures and roll out the PASS Portal, and we are delighted to have appointed her as a Director of the business. Lisa possesses considerable experience in assisting clients with handovers of portfolios of property developments, as well as dealing with specific technical issues arising from systems changes, reconciliation problems, incomplete records and any other client issues.

Lisa manages our team of Accountants and Accounts Assistants and controls our PASS Portal.

Dan acts as our senior manager, supporting our team of Accountants and Assistant Accountants, preparing and reviewing Accounts and providing technical expertise to assist clients with specific problems.

Dan joined the company as a trainee and has gained a wealth of knowledge throughout the practice to become our Senior Manager and technical expert. His knowledge spans small to large developments and he has built great relationships across our whole portfolio of clients. In addition, Dan’s technical expertise means that he often deals with specific issues for clients and his experience includes working with clients who have integrated new portfolios, producing accounts from incomplete records, resolving issues arising from system migrations and even fixing specific reconciliation problems for clients.

Dan also helps support the training of our team of Accountants and Accounts Assistants in all aspects of Service Charge Accounting, as well as building strong working relationships with our clients.
